The key to a successful supply and install window and door contract is how it is managed and controlled and over recent years we have developed our systems and controls to ensure that projects are carefully planned and well managed.
We recognise it can be particularly important for you given that we are one piece of the jigsaw when it comes to the overall site build.
All this is done in collaboration between the offices in Sudbury, Tewkesbury and Maidstone.
- Managed from our Sudbury administration office achieving a cohesive and responsive service with high levels of knowledge of each site’s geographical environment.
- Where possible all windows and doors are manufactured in our Sudbury factory and scheduled via our dedicated call-off and installation teams.
- Levels of resources are deployed from existing management structure and flexed dependent upon programme requirements.
- Administrative support from Sudbury, Tewkesbury and Maidstone offices to deliver a first-class service to site management teams.
