• Tender enquiry received and reviewed.
• We will contact you prior to quote commencement with any questions that we may have.
• You will have your own dedicated contact within the Estimating department.
• Building regulation compliance checks made by Technical Manager.
• Design and planning aesthetics considered.
• Client approval documents produced.
• Assigned Contract Managers will visit sites on a regular basis and liaise between site and our administration office to ensure the smooth installation of Windows / Doors.
• A final plot check will be done via our commissioning department to ensure occupants move in hassle free and help maintain your overall high standard on completion.
• An experienced and dedicated post occupation Customer Care department are then on hand to take care of any query or request from this point on.
