Customer Care Coordinator.
Working within the New Build Division at A & B Glass, a division of the company started in 1997 that has since developed lasting business relationships with both national and regional house builders. The division has now grown to become the largest New Build window, door and conservatory supplier in the East of England. You will be dealing directly with the house builders through email and on the telephone to book in customer care issues reported by them for our team of service engineers to attend and rectify.
Customer Service Job Duties
Action service call requests from the house builder via email and book appointments directly with the occupant. Using customer portals to update the progress of the service calls using an in-house diary system.
Raise paperwork for engineers and action all product required, re-booking incomplete service calls and liaising with the house builder. Quoting for chargeable works and maintaining a good working relationship with your customers. Raising reports, reporting errors accurately, working with our team of engineers and internal colleagues in a professional manner.
Must have previous customer service experience of working in a busy office.
Ability to work as part of a team but also independently is essential.
Excellent attention to detail and experience of MS Word and Excel is essential.
Good communication skills through emails and excellent telephone manner.
Ability to keep calm in sometimes challenging situations.
Full product training will be given.
