The engineer was great, came in and started to get on with his work really quickly and cleanly. Once completed he took great care to make sure that we were happy with the work and that we’d understood what was done. Afterwards, as he was leaving, I asked the engineer an unrelated question about the security of the French doors. He took a great care to stop and explain how the doors were secured and what we did and didn’t need to worry about. This wasn’t related to the job in hand and was really kind and helpful.

Michael was especially careful as we have shutters and casing fitted when we moved into our property 9 years ago. He was able to negotiate the wooden frames in removing and replacing the windows.
